Pool Hire or Purchase

Hire

You can rent a professional birth pool through Waterbirth Israel. The pool is of a very high standard and comes with a single-use liner, an air-pump to inflate it, a hose pipe and a water-pump to extract the water afterwards. It is delivered to you by mail. Most women hire the pool for a 3 week period, starting from 38 weeks. If necessary, the rental can be extended by another week.

Purchase

If you choose to purchase a pool,  you will need a high sided kiddie pool as featured in this image. (Intex Aquarium /אקווריום model, 56cm high x 152cm diameter).

You should be able to purchase one from this toy vendor. Although they are not always available, so check around other websites.
