The Binyamin Natural Birthing Centre
The Binyamin Natural Birth Centre is open for all low risk women, wishing to experience a home birth, but who are not able to birth in their own home.
- All birthing supplies are provided for you
- Full medical equipment as required for all homebirths
- Waterbirth in a professional Birth Pool
- Birthing stool and physio ball provided
- Kitchenette with fridge and freezer for preparing snacks
- Pull out bed for partner to sleep in
- Recover in Centre for 2-4 hours or overnight (depending on availability)
- Prenatal care provided at centre
- Postnatal visit at your home (depending on distance)
- The Birth Centre is located in Kochav Hashachar which is under a 30 minute drive to the nearest hosptal in Jerusalem
- 7500 shekels
- For first birthers an additional up to 1500 shekels (max) is required for a second midwife to join at the time of birth
- All women are required to bring another woman/doula to her birth at the Birth Centre
- Refunds of up to 2300 shekels available from Kupat Cholim
